The global tension between China and the USA further intensifies when two Chinese hackers allegedly tried to steal the information regarding the vaccine of coronavirus from US-based firms. It is reported by the officials that this was an attempt made by them to help the Chinese government to establish their global domination.
It was the Justice Department that accused the two Chinese hackers of “trying to steal” sensitive information from the companies making coronavirus vaccines. It is said that this attempt was a part of a years-long crusade of broader cybertheft targeting the various industries all around the globe.
The two hackers who are accused of hacking are Dong Jiazhi and Li Xiaoyu. It is reported that these two have worked for the Chinese government in their spy services programs. However, they have worked independently also in order to get rich. It is also said that the two accused hackers who have obtained an indictment for the first time have worked previously and aimed at the various sectors that have been in the interest of the government.
This accusation came into the light at not so good times, as the US administration led by President Donald Trump has already been criticizing China for their failure to control the spread of the coronavirus resulting in a global pandemic. While also criticizing the Chinese government for trying to steal sensitive information from various sectors to establish their dominance.
However, there is hardly any chance that the accused would be brought to the United States of America for trial as there is no treaty of extraction between the two nations.
However, the Justice Department of the USA has been continuously campaigning against such independent groups or individuals who have been trying to hack into the database of various industries for their profit.
